Yoga for Gardeners
Join Andrea Escos, yoga instructor and physical therapist with 14 years experience, for this series. Follow simple stretching and strengthening exercises, learn proper body mechanics and participate in a personal journey that can be practiced through old age. Andrea's gentle style is ideal for beginners, and experienced students will benefit from the more advanced options. Andrea is committed to bringing yoga to the community for self-healing and stress relief. Wear loose clothing and bring a yoga mat.
Limit 8 students.
