What better way to celebrate the fruits of summer than home-made jams and jellies? Join Nancy Marrer at her professional home kitchen in Penfield to learn all about various strategies for making jellies and jams, and how to process them for safe storage. Then everyone will make a savory jelly and a sweet jam to take home, along with some foolproof, delicious recipes. All materials included. Directions will be emailed before the class. Maximum 10 people.
