0617SP Pruning III: Summer Pruning

Saturday, June 17
9 am-12 noon

Many early-blooming trees and shrubs produce flowers on the previous year's wood, and these are best pruned now, after flowering. Summer is also a good time to shape and thin plants. Learn now to properly prune flowering trees and shrubs as well as broadleaf evergreens and conifers in this outdoor workshop. Directions will be emailed before the class.

This class is a component of the Pruning Certificate, but may be taken individually if space allows. Pruning Session I or another basic pruning class is a prerequisite for this class.
